Prostate Cancer Treatment Update: 2014 NCCN Guidelines

The National Comprehensive Cancer Network^® (NCCN) recently updated its NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology^® to include stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) as a treatment option for prostate cancer. SBRT for prostate cancer involves five or fewer treatment sessions, minimizing disruption to men’s normal routines and lifestyles.
